1. Who we are

Social Boost Bot operates the platform available at socialboostbot.net. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, username, email, country, phone (optional), and your Telegram identifier if you sign in with Telegram.
Content you submit: the videos, links and social profiles you ask us to promote.
Financial data: your crypto wallet address, deposits, withdrawals and internal balances. We never see or store card details or private keys.
Activity data: which videos you watched and for how long, tasks completed, rewards earned, referrals, and your IP address and approximate session data.

3. Why we use it

To run your account, your tasks and your rewards.
To deliver the promotion you request for your content.
To process deposits and withdrawals.
To detect fraud and abuse. We record activity data (including IP addresses and viewing times) to identify multiple accounts, automated activity and simulated task completion.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with:

Our payment processor, to create deposits and send withdrawals.
The promotion providers we work with, which receive the link to the content you asked us to promote.
Verification services, to confirm that a task was genuinely completed.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

Content you publish through the Service is visible to other users of the platform.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is technically necessary and cannot be disabled while you use your account. If you use the built-in translator, that service may set its own cookies.

6. How long we keep it

Account and financial records are kept while your account exists and afterwards for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Activity records used for fraud prevention are kept for a limited period. Backups are rotated regularly.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account, or a copy of your data, by writing to the address below. Some records must be retained for legal reasons even after an account is closed.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to production data is restricted. No system is completely secure: keep your password and your withdrawal address safe, and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
