Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Social Boost Bot (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards is prohibited and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your withdrawal address secure. Activity carried out from your account is considered yours. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Your content and the rights you grant us

“Content” means any video, link, profile, username, image or material you submit to the Service or ask us to promote.

You confirm that the Content is yours. You represent and warrant that you own the Content or hold all rights necessary to submit it, and that you will only submit Content you created or are authorized to use. Submitting third-party content without permission is a breach of these Terms.

By submitting Content you grant Social Boost Bot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display and distribute that Content, and to make it available to other users and to the third-party providers we work with, for the sole purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Service. This licence lasts while the Content is on the Service and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups and legal records. You keep ownership of your Content.

You may remove your Content at any time. Removal does not affect promotion already delivered, nor copies retained in backups or required by law.

5. Prohibited content

You may not submit content that is sexual or adult in nature, violent, hateful, discriminatory, deceptive, involves minors, infringes intellectual property, or breaks the law or the rules of the platform where it is hosted. We may remove any Content and suspend any account at our discretion.

6. Promotion services

The Service helps increase visibility of your content. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the rules and algorithms of each social network. We do not guarantee any specific number of views, followers or subscribers, nor any particular growth, ranking or monetization outcome. Metrics shown in the Service are our own record of activity and may differ from the figures reported by each social network.

7. Payments and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are made in cryptocurrency (USDT BEP20) through a third-party payment processor. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address you provide; funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.

Network and processor fees may apply and are shown before you confirm. Withdrawals may be reviewed before being processed. We may withhold a withdrawal while we investigate a suspected breach of these Terms.

8. Rewards and earnings

Rewards depend on your activity, your active packages and the rules of the compensation plan in force, which are published in the Service and may change. Nothing in the Service is an offer of investment, and no level of income is promised or guaranteed. Amounts shown as “lost earnings” are informational only and are not payable.

9. Fair use

You may not use bots, scripts, emulators, automated clicks, VPN or device farms, or any method designed to simulate activity you did not actually perform. Tasks must be completed by you, personally. We may void rewards obtained this way and close the account.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably believe is involved in fraud or money laundering, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time; any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid subject to the checks described above.

11. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for the acts or decisions of third-party social networks or payment providers, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
